These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Clarity Budget Planner ("the Product") sold through this website. By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

The Product is a digital template (a Google Sheets file, and any accompanying guides) delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped. Access is delivered instantly after payment via a link to create your own copy of the template.

2. License

When you purchase the Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Use your own copy of the Product for your personal or household budgeting.
Make as many copies as you like for your own personal use (for example, one per year).

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product (or your copy of it) with others, whether for free or for payment.
Claim the underlying template design or formulas as your own original work for resale purposes.
Upload the Product to any other marketplace, template shop, or file-sharing service.

3. Payment and delivery

Full payment is required before access is granted. Access is delivered automatically and instantly after successful payment, via the email address provided at checkout.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Not financial advice

The Clarity Budget Planner is a general organizational tool. It is provided for informational and organizational purposes only and does not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. We are not financial advisors, and nothing in the Product or on this website should be taken as personalized financial advice. You are solely responsible for the financial decisions you make using this tool, and we recommend consulting a licensed financial professional for advice specific to your situation.

6. No warranty

The Product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Product will be error-free or uninterrupted. Google Sheets is a third-party platform we do not control, and we are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues on Google's end.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the Product is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial losses resulting from budgeting decisions made using the Product.

8. Intellectual property

The Product, including its design, layout, and branding, is owned by or licensed to us. Purchasing the Product grants you a license to use it as described above; it does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
